hello when im playing this game on my laptop and I go to level 1 or so and want to go up again to town the game crash and a window pop up and says "unable to open save file" whats wrong? help please!

if you installed this game in a Windows default-folder ("C:\Program Files\..." or "C:\Program Files (x86)\..."), then deinstall it and reinstall it to an new folder like "C:\GOG Games\...".
