Whenever I pick up something from my belt or inventory or open the character/inventory window, my cursor teleports to the left side of the screen. It's extremely annoying.

Does anyone else have this issue? Classic is fine, so I assume the DX wrapper is the culprit. Please fix this, GOG.

у меня тоже самое
i think it's because of the software mouse, the game redraw the mouse with in the 640*480 render area but still using your full normal dpi regardless of the window size.

one solution is to reduce the dpi in mouse software("driver") setting, and if you are Razer user you can create a profile that only switch to low dpi setting when diablo.exe is the active window.

I have the same issue. I have Nvidia vision with surround and that causes it to do that. I tried reducing the DPI on my mouse and that didn't change anything.
I've got the same problem. I love playing the game in windowed mode, but this is making it very hard to play.
The potential fix for mouse issues included in today's hotfix does not correct this issue, but I'm glad GOG is at least trying to address the various problems people are having.

It's one of the reasons I love GOG. They try their best to make the product live its best life.
This issue also is not dependant upon windows size as even 640x480 will have this problem, windowed or fullscreen.

It DOESNT apply when replacing an item in the cursor with another item, but it does when dropping the last item on an empty slot in the belt, or the inventory.
