I'm fine with the models. I already pre-ordered the game. Why would I boycott the game for this reason?

$40 for a skin to a twenty years old game, with DRM added on top of that? While the original looks fine, plays fine and is DRM-free? I fail to see the deal here…

They are going to add some QoL changes. I think one of them is increased stash size.

I mentioned that as an example of how the game is getting more than just better graphics. They'll be adding more features to the game.

Boycotts are typically reserved for things like human rights abuse and environmental issues. Examples of these are dumping industrial waste in a town's water supply, or factories using child labour. If I understand correctly, you want to boycott the game because you don't like the amazon's character model. That is a very petty, vindictive, and ridiculous reason to boycott something.
