Or to be more clear, which one/which door? There doesn't seem to be any signs or other indications which door in the Docks to enter to get into that one. Is it one of those requiring Lockpicking 2 to open?

The door to Warehouse 22 is the second one from the entrance to the Docks, and it requires lockpicking to open that door. It is also possible to access Warehouse 22 from Warehouse 21, by going inside, climbing to the top, and going right.
