So started up a game. Got to the sewers at the start after the credits.
Beat up the thugs, and after they're defeated, they just stand around frozen. The woman is standing there still spinning her chain.

Definitely a bug. Is this going to ruin the game? Is there any point in trying to continue?

What OS platform did it happen to you? Did you try to load the checkpoint again?

Playing on Windows 10.

I've loaded, and been able to continue normally. But every now and then it happens. Generally requires loading up a previous save and just hoping it doesn't glitch out again.
