Gillsing: I accidentally deleted my latest saved game because it jumped to the top of the list of saved games, where the saved game I actually wanted to delete was located right before I saved. Oops. So I went to die in order to see where the 'Retry' option would send me. Usually it sends me to the start of the area, or the latest saved game, if that's more recent. But since that last saved game wasn't there anymore, it sent me to a black screen with music and a mouse pointer. And that's where it stayed until I had to restart my computer.

Fortunately my save-scumming for randomly dropped loot had not been in vain, as when I started up the game again, the deleted save game was back.
