On this dialog specifically, the continue button is unclickable (doesn't highlight).

Clicking on the continue button doesn't do anything.

This is a known bug. You can still select conversation options with the number keys. (In this case, the only available option is "1"; pressing that key will permit the conversation to continue.)

Number keys don't work on an AZERTY keyboard (and without a numpad).

But I just found you can also navigate through the dialog options with the arrow keys and confirming with Enter, so I'll use that (and might stick with that even after it's fixed).
