Just bought the game and decided to play in my native language German.
There is a bug that I cannot click on a a second dialog option.
I'm at the beginning in the sewers, just after the big pipe broke into two parts. When you wake up, you are questioned by thugs (1 woman and 2 guys). In this dialog you have the option to either beg or attack. The second option (beg) is not clickable if the language is set to German.
If I switch the language to English clicking on the second dialog option works without problems.
Resolution is 1920x1080.
