Hey, I like to run a lot of my classic games on a vmware windows XP setup I have and until now everything has worked fine: Deus Ex has scratchy audio and once the game starts its pretty dark and hard to see stuff. Any fixes?

Probably chose the wrong renderer backend. You should try one of the community made launchers.
