If you wish to scale the UI without using MODS, you can. Simply open DeusEx.ini and change the following.
Root=otpUIfix.otpRootWindow
to
Root=DeusEx.DeusExRootWindow
You can also set anisotropic filtering, vsync and FOV from here as well. Just press ctrl + F and search for Anisotropy, vsync, FOV.
This should be helpful for those who prefer a vanilla experience.
