DX GOTY stuttering problem

I am experiencing stuttering problem all playing time
It makes playing game too hard because I can not control well
I feel that it is an unique problem
I can not figure out the post about this although googling it
How can I solve this problem?

It would be a good start for you to tell us your system specs to rule out hardware deficiencies.

If you're using an ATi or nVidia graphics card, is it possible you have set some forced anti-aliasing or vsync settings on the graphics card? Stuff like that gives me poor performance with the old Unreal engine (in fact, vsync makes the game render TOO FAST and speed up gameplay about 5x on my computer).

Another likely culprit is the audio. Try different audio settings and see if it affects the frame rate. Be sure to mention what kind of sound card or intergrated sound chipset your computer is using because some of them are real stinkers too.

A lot of the time, stuttering like that is a consequence of Deus Ex not working well with multiple cores. If you have a multi-core processor, try setting your process affinity to one core from the Task Manager.

Alternatively, Kentie's Launcher doesn't have that problem.
