I just put Deux Ex (GotY) on my shiny new laptop, which has both integrated Intel 4000 and an AMD Radeon HD 7570. The latter being somewhat better than the former, I was mildly miffed when the initial install run (and subsequent ones) went straight to the Intel graphics and ignored the existence of the AMD.

Now, when I first ran it, I was careful to watch for the popup that let me tell the AMD software to use the high-performance card.

So, what am I doing wrong here?

FAQ located. Insert facepalm here, and will notify if suggestions there on how to shut off Catalyst and whatnot do not work.
Nope. No luck with the FAQ; my version of Catalyst Control either doesn't use any of the issues identified, or doesn't give access to shut them off.

Any ideas?
