deus ex invisible war...a game plagued with a problem that has gone unsolved for years and it seems is STILL yet to be resolved.
go to ANY loading screen (heck, this might happen just by booting up the game to begin with) and boom, black screen. left/right clicking, windows key on the keyboard, alt + tab, none of those work at all. i had to ctrl + alt + delete just to get back to the desktop, manually change my resolution to what it was before running the game then use task manager to close the game entirely. this ain't happening at every loading screen, i'd sooner uninstall than even consider tolerating that.
imo, if a game has this type of problem that NO ONE has solved since the games original release, stop selling it, debug it and try to solve the issue THEN maybe sell it. Deus Ex: Invisible War 2.0.0.8 is pretty much a wasted download at best.
i'm not going to sit around tinkering for who knows how long to attempt to solve a problem that seems to affect different people in different ways when it should've long since been resolved. heck, how the heck did this even make it out of beta for that matter?
to anyone else who might see this before downloading invisible war: save yourself the trouble and don't download it unless you want to risk running into this problem yourself and having to try and figure it out on you're own. the rest of the game may be decent but this is a big deal breaker.
