Im using all the mods listed in this thread...

but I dont have FSAA anti aliasing... is this a common problem? I thought with all these graphics enhancements that I would have AA but I still see jaggies on the edges, its really bugging me :(

You need to manually enable it from the preferences window. To get there you must be at the Deus Ex main menu with no menu showing (hit Esc to remove it if it's already showing), hit the t" key, remove the "say" part, and type preferences (then hit enter).

Once there go to the Rendering section and then the renderer you're using and set the Antialiasing value accordingly.
