Start the game with the " -hax0r" parameter.

---- Method 2 via console

Press the "Send Message to All" key, which by default is "t".

Then delete the "Say" text in the message box at the bottom,
and enter the following...

Set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True

Note: when the message box is open you can press Shift+Tilde
to open a full screen console.

---- Method 3

This doesn't seem to work, or be reliable.

Edit "User.ini" under the "[DeusEx.DeusExGameInfo]" section
and add the following line..

bCheatsEnabled=True

Note: The game may use the "User.ini" in either it's System folder
or more likely in "My Documents\Deus Ex\System"
