I finally have gotten around to DX, but the framerate is terrible. I'm getting it locked at between 25 and 30 fps. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it? I've tried general compatibility settings, and they didn't work.

I'm running Win8.1 x64.

Thanks, that worked. Now I can play it with a good FOV and framerate, so I won't be nauseous....
