Finally got around to giving this game a go. Installed most of the recommended mods, played through the tutorial. At the very end of the tutorial, just as I go through the final set of doors to exit, the game crashes with an "assertion failed: retval [blah blah blah]". It crashes here no matter which renderer I select in the launcher.

My question is this: assuming this crash bug won't plague me further along in the main game, am I missing anything if I just start a new game and don't worry about officially completing the tutorial? Does the game carry over any xp or play a nifty cutscene or something when the tutorial finishes, or does it just dump you to the menu?

I'm really hoping this is an isolated crash that I can safely ignore because the game looks great and ran flawlessly with all the mods installed other than this issue.

Thanks for the reply! I really only asked because there's this secret room I found with a little dialogue implying maybe I'd get some kind of perk later for finding it...good to know I can just move on.
