This game boots up to a black screen and then crashes immediately. Running it on Compatibility Mode has the same issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try one of the launchers. Please note that this launcher requires a little extra which depending on how badly designed W11 is, may not work.

I had the same problem.

Download the mod Revision, activate it then launch the game. When prompted, select Direct3D 9, and everything will work fine.

I had the same problem and followed the advice to download and install the "Revision" mod.

It worked perfectly.
