It's been a few years since I played this but as I remember all you had to do was enter the code in the keypad behind the painting and it automatically opened. That's not happening. I enter the code, it says "granted' but nothing happens. Still shown as secure.

Windows 11 and everything else in the game seems to be working fine.

Anyone have a clue as to how to fix this?
