Hello!

Is the GOG version of "Deus Ex 2: Invisible War" different from the Steam version? The Steam one does not even run correctly.

Does the GOG version work correctly on modern machines?

I don't know, what you exactly mean by "correctly", but it ran on my PC. Switching to the Desktop during loading screens is sadly still in the gog-version. Not sure if there's a mod to remove this, as far as I know I at least could get it to 16:9 by using a mod.

Visible Upgrade deals with the desktop during load screens (and a few other things).
