The DXCoop Mod has died years ago and has never been finished.
Afaik, there's no really working coop mod for Deus Ex available, sorry.

Ah, you're looking for DXAG (should have read your opening post properly ;-), but it's just a multiplayer mod like DXMP and not story driven. Of course there's working multiplayer out there and DXAG is supposed to offer team features. I've never tried that one myself though. It's also dead for several years now.

There are other download links than the one above where you have to register.
