I've modded the game according to the augmentation guide on this site and when I'm distributing my skill points after selecting the difficulty, I don't see anywhere to click to proceed on to the game itself. I think that part of the menu may be getting cut off and I'm just not seeing the button I need to click, but I don't know how to fix that. I've tried both the normal and non-scaling GUI options through the launcher and it's not changing anything.

EDIT: Yep, the menu's definitely way too big and getting cut off. I messed with the resolution a bit and now even the main menu is cut off at the top and bottom no matter what resolution I use.

EDIT AGAIN: Figured out how to get the menus to the right size, but now the items in the menus are too big (e.g. I only see part of JC's portrait and some of the skills are missing). Am I missing something else here?

I've tried numerous resolutions with both GUIs and still no change.
