As this tip hasn't been mentioned here, you can dramatically speed up launch/initial loading time by skipping the launcher and all the intro logos with one quick change.

Create a shortcut to the main DXMD.exe file which is in the retail sub-folder where you installed the game.

Edit the shortcut and in the target box add -benchmark

eg: "DRIVELETTER:\Deus Ex Mankind Divided\retail\DXMD.exe" -benchmark

Now you don't have to sit through all those logos (especially important as the DLC's have nasty CTD bugs - so if you are unlucky you may be restarting quite a bit!)

This has worked with no issue. Very good. Maybe a coincidence; but it also allowed me to play for hours before I got a CTD (crash to desktop). Regardless, not having to sit through a barrage of unskippable logo slideshow it a great time saver. Thank you!
