So on steam it has Windows, Mac and Linux versions, GOG is really dropping the ball lately

Not GOG's fault. The Linux and Mac ports were done by Feral Interactive who don't want to publish on GOG.

Also hardly anyone games on a Mac or Linux these days, Probably less then 14% of PC users!
