I gave the Deluxe edition version of the game, and as of now, it still does not give you consumable items in the storage.
Only 5 weapons are in the storage area of the inventory.
This is the first time I installed and played the game on GOG (own the game also on Steam and that version included all items).
What the hell, GOG??

I just saw on another topic that consumables are not included at all:

-Season Pass: The Season Pass provides all paid DLCs and the following additional consumables:
4 Praxis kits, 5000 Credits (in-game credits), 1000 Weapon Parts, and 5 Booster Packs, and 20 Chipsets for Breach. (Partly included in-game, DLCs included, consumables no included)
