I tried applying the High Core Count Fix. Disabled half the cores using AMD Ryzen Master Software. I even tried "start /affinity FF DXHRDC.exe". But, none of the methods work. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Same here. I've tried pretty much everything from patcher, process lasso, every possible solution i could google. Starting to think this game do not like windows 11.
