I have the digital deluxe edition. The season pass wasn't marked as owned. So I bought it. But then I checked and remembered that season pass was suppose to be included in the digital deluxe edition. Did I buy it twice?

Yes. The Digital Deluxe Edition already includes the Season Pass. The DLC included in it should show up in your library/account when it is released.
