rpguru: Trying to get Desperados running on my Win7 64-bit machine. When I first launch the game, there is a black screen and then a little square that shows something in the upper left. It flashes and I seem to have sound. I have to press ESC and then it goes to the menu screen but I have no mouse and all the words are off the buttons.

Is there any way to get this running? I've tried installing as Administrator as well as trying the different compatibility modes.
