Every time I try to boot it up, Desperados 1 displays flickering green lines across the screen, making it unplayable. Anyone got a solution for this?

Hello,
have you tried downloading the newest version of DDrawCompat from here:
https://github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat/releases/tag/v0.3.1

After that, copy the ddraw.dll to game root directory. If it does not work, please try to run the game by double-clicking the exe file in the root directory, not through a shortcut.
Didn't work. Thanks, though.
I tried copy that ddraw.dll file to folder with game then I tried to run .exe file (desperados.exe) as an administrator with windows xp (service pack 3) compatibility mode but It didn't work for me. I attached screenshot with graphical glitch.
I'm playing on laptop with Windows 10 (64bit), 16GB Ram, have 2 graphics cards built in: Intel UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, latest graphics driver installed ,procesor Intel Core i7-10750H.
Can someone help me find a workaround or a solution to the problem?
Thanks in advance!
