Would any of the desperado games support my wireless 360 controller on PC in order to control characters directly? Thanks in advance.

No it probably wouldn't, the game was an older PC game built for PC hardware, at best you would be able to use an emulator so that your joystick acts like a mouse, but at that point there's no use to use a controller at all. (The game plays top down point and click style.)
