Since PlanetDescent.com has gone offline, the best way to get levels for D1/2/3 is to go to http:.//www.descentbb.net and go into the Multiplayer forum and you will find a thread about the levels.
I've asked for the thread to be cleaned up and stickied so it's easier to find.
