Thinking about purchasing, though I have a few questions:
1. How well does it work under Vista? And does it use Dosbox or no?
2. How well do LAN matches work on it?
My only reason for purchasing this game would be to play multiplayer between Vista and XP machines, so your input would be more than satisfying.

1) It works quite well under Vista. I haven't had any trouble with it. It doesn't use dosbox, it's a windows game.

2) I haven't tried it, but it's new enough that it supports TCP/IP networking, so it should work just fine. Most of the problem getting older games to network under Vista is they only supported IPX which Vista doesn't do.

Yes, the LAN portion of this game works just fine using TCP/IP networking. If you tell your firewall to mark the game as an exception, it should work just fine without any trouble.

And, assuming it works on Vista, I'm betting that it'll network.
