A legitimate download a-la GOG like? Sadly, no but I know that you can easily purchase the game physically online for a pretty fair price.

Downloaded Forsaken/Project X. However there is no background music. Any suggestions?

It might not be included. They may not of received permission to use the music. Check the settings also.
