I've loaded up the DXX Rebirth patches and it runs fine, except the MIDI music is way different. Does anyone know how to play the original MIDI music from the games original release instead of this "new" DXX Rebirth "re-mix"? This is for both D1 and D2.

Also I've looked at every page in the forum and I didn't find a solution.

The problem is, the original descent used MIDI, and so every soundcard sounded slightly different. You can get the SC-55 or the OPL3 styles of music from the website, but if you had a soundblaster or some other card then you're kinda out of luck. I'd like to get somebody to record the music from that soundcard, but nobody has yet.
