I used to love this game but I only got to play it multplayer a couple of times and it was fantastic!

Does anyone know if there's an online multiplayer community that is still active?

D1/2 are still being played online using KALI. There is also 2 updated version.

D1/2 X Rebirth and D2X-XL.

Both have there different styles. D2X Rebirth is more like the original as D2X-XL is more graphic orienting.

D3 is played online using Vortex Chat and other IRC tools to find games as PXO online is long gone.

You can log on there almost anytime, and you'll find at least 2 or 3 people willing to play :) They use DXX-Rebirth (One of the ports mentioned above... http://www.dxx-rebirth.com/ )

Also in the latest release of Rebirth (which will be coming out in probably the next week or so) there is a tracker, so there'll probably be games being played pretty frequently on there :)

Actually As of 2017 The Rangers And The DCL Are VERY active and i am apart of both i play descent everyday!
