i'm trying to replace the cockpit image in D2 with a custom high-res one that i've made, i've replaced the cockpit files in ALIEN1.PIG, ALIEN2.PIG, FIRE.PIG, WATER.PIG, ICE.PIG, and GROUPA.PIG

all of this has had no change on the appearance of the cockpit in the game as the game still uses the same cockpit image it always has..

any infos?

there is a cockpit file in each PIG file, all would have to be replaced. (with the correct palette for each)

D2 doesnt support hi-res, not even DXX-R supports hi-res, only D2XL does.
