I have previously played other Daedalic adventure games (Harvey's New Eyes and Deponia) which use the Visionaire engine and this problem didn't happen. Chaos on Deponia seems to be the first game using Opus audio files, so this might be related.
Anyway, my problem is that in many, many dialogs, the first couple of milliseconds of the speech sample are cut off, which leads to an annoying pop sound at the start of the dialog sample, and of course it sounds like something is missing there. I asked other people and they didn't seem to have this issue, although I have no idea if they used the GoG version of the game.
I had the same problem in Goodbye Deponia, bye the way. Same problem with chopped voices, even in the latest version.
