Store page has a msg saying that buying the game on GOG will give a censored version of the game and for more information directs to Kagura Games' home page.

Even with the unrated patch there's still censored content? What is it?

Hi! You have to search for the name of the game on the website of the publisher Kagura Games. (Search interface is a bit goofy, imo) Then you'll find the actual patch. When installing the patch, make sure to select the correct folder. Have fun!
