When playing in full screen I have found that some resolutions either have side bars or clip the display.
I found that the easiest way to check you hopefully have everything on screen was using the drop down menu for the political party choice there are 28 selections available in some resolutions I was getting 2 or more at the bottom of the menu clipped off.
This will depend on your screen size and shape and display set up.
As an older player I generally use 1360x768 because that is easier for me to see and read but I lose part of the display in this game.
The resolution that works for me is 1600x900 big enough for me to read comfortably and small enough to get (so far all the information on screen).
