Well, the gog page indicates direct x11, but there is no RT with this version as far as I know.
So are you using now vulkan (windows 7) or directx12 (windows 10 only) ?

Windows 10 Redstone 5 or later;
Version: 1809, 1903, 1909 or later;
OS Builds 17763, 18362.535, 18363.535 or later.
