I've really been loving this game so far, it has been an awesome adventure. However, since I made it to Tombaugh, I noticed the game has major issues with framerate stutters. I have the game installed on an SSD and my specs (listed below) massively exceeds the recommended hardware. Switching up the graphics settings doesn't seem to change anything, it just struggles regardless.

- Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600G (6 cores, 12 threads, clocking around 4.2GHz)
- 16GB DDR4 RAM
- Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 (8GB)

As I said, changing graphics settings doesn't do anything. I don't have this issue with any other games, either, so it's not my hardware. I tried suggestions I found on other sites but none of those suggestions helped in any way. Is there something I can do to fix this issue? I know I'm coming close to the end of the game but I don't want my experience to sour because of poor performance.
