The top review on the GoG page for this game seems to be a wonderful response by Level Up Labs and has a note on the top of it by the GoG team. I wish I could link directly to the review (is there a way to do that?).

Anyway, that review is a response to a review by "scgog" who found the game "phoning home". The GoG note at the top of that review says that scgog's will stay up there b/c GoG is awesome and value's ethics. But I still can't find that review! I flipped (quickly) through all 15 pages searching for "scgog" on each page and found nothing.

It's gone. I guess that scgog himself asked GOG to delete it after the issue was resolved.

Not sure what went on there but in case you're still around the review is back up for, well, your review :)
Indeed the review is back and exactly where you'd expect to see it - the 3rd post down on the games main GOG page. I do wonder what happened to make it disappear for a bit before reappearing.

For reference, here's his review - DO NOTE that it seems the developer did respond and says all the issues have been solved:

WARNING! byscgog.981scgog.981
**REVIEW EDITED BY GOG.COM TEAM** The issues mentioned in this review have been addressed and this game's latest build no longer suffers from any of them. We're letting the original review stand, though, because our policy is to only remove reviews that are obviously spam. ***
This package does the following:
1) Installs Adobe Air on your system, opening up an attack vector 2) Phones home whenever it senses an internet connection 3) Opts you into unspecified "Data Tracking" (can opt out in Options, but doesn't stop it from phoning home)
Shame on GOG for not disclosing any of this.
