Are traits (the square skills) always active, regardless of boost level? So for characters, who have a small chance of being boosted, it's better to select traits than round, skills?
(e.g. For a secondary dragon, who rarely gets boosted because it's usually too expensive, it's better to select Strength, which is always active, instead of Roar which will only activate on Boost 4, right?)
