I searched google, but couldn't find any pages on people discussing which skills they think are good/bad, which are good for which situations, etc.

Any thoughts? Frankly I'm surprised I can't find any, I thought surely people would talk about how they like to improve their heroes.

Unless you're after a specific result, i'm not sure a built is necessary. I've just averaged to evenly divide points in the skills and it works fairly well.

Course i also found at some point i stopped worrying about most of my characters and just using 6 archers buffed up to level 4-5 and they take out almost everything...
