I was prompted a question if I wanted to reuse last party formation once, but I said 'no'. Now I'd like to do it but I'm never asked again... How to do it? Thank you

"Initial party formation" refers to all defenders placed before the first enemy arrives, the game remembers that info and saves it for future use.
If you haven't placed any defenders before the first wave, or decided not to use the last formation, that info is lost , so you'll have to restart the level one more time (doesn't matter whether you finish it or not) and create a new formation.

Thanks, now I understood that it works only in the same map and only if you lose it (not for replaying at higher difficulties).

I don't get it. Whatever I do, lose, reset, restart, before the first wave the game never asks me again if I want to use the last formation. It is really annoying.

I don't get it. Whatever I do, lose, reset, restart, before the first wave the game never asks me again if I want to use the last formation. It is really annoying.

Or I could do it for you if you give me more info. Are you using the latest version? Which level are you playing?
