So went through a fast playthrough and finished the game (leaving the pit), now I want to go through the remainder of the levels and the game just crashes with a Null Object Reference...
Same error here. I played up to "the royal records room" in hero mode, then went back to collect skipped extreme challenges. "Attack at the hospital" crashed a few times but I finished it eventually on slower speed multiplier. "Desert stronghold entrance" seems impossible, crashes regardless of game speed soon after start.

I turned on crash log recording, but don't see any logs.
Same here. I've been looking to see where crash logs are saved but I can't see them. Perhaps the program aborts before one is created.

I get the crash in the bonus levels and in the second mission with cultists. All my crashes have been on a high game speed and I am too lazy to see if it does crash on a lower game speed.
Official bug tracker.

A quick glance and I didn't see this one on there. If anyone does report the bug be sure to include such things as your OS, how you installed it (installer vs Galaxy), legacy mode, etc.
Hmmm my crashing tries to happen when i reload my save. I'd happily upload it if there's somewhere to put it... It's far more likely it corrupted my save rather than reloading to resume other levels was broken...

I'll sit back and just check up in a month or so and get any updates that are put out there.

Null object search results...
this seems to be the correct bug, symptoms are pretty much exactly as described there. Thanks for the bug tracker link, I had no idea it's hosted on github. Should be probably in a sticky post...
So sorry about that! Lars is working on it as fast as he can. Thanks so much for reporting the problem!
I get a Null Object Reference crash whenever I try to rename Azra. (Exported saves are pretty easy to manipulate, though, so no big deal.)
