Okay I finally got around to getting a 2nd save file up to 180 stars... yet it still claims I'm only at 98% of HM++. What gives? Is it the fact that I left the prematurely aborted HM++ instead of deleting/overwritting it? Is the fact that a lot of the time I was playing I was offline (due to circumstances beyond my control)? Is this a known glitch? Should I post this in the bug thread? What's up?
