I know these forums are rather deserted, but if anyone reads this, even at a later date, please reply if you know the asnwers.

Ending spoilers below.

What are the possible endings you can get in the standard game? I got:

Ending a: You go out after Zelemir's offer, instead of continuing.

Ending b: Azra dies in the final battle.

Ending c: Zelemir dies in the last battle.

Ending d: Zelemir survives the last battle but not with perfect health.

Ending e: Zelemir survives the last battle with perfect health.

(for endings c, d and e Azra has to survive, regardless of her health)

Are there endings f or any others?

Got ending b. It's when Azra dies in the final battle. Only ending d left

Yes, that is correct.

I'm currently working on a fan-made translation of DQ and I was going to ask Lars about the secret ending anyway, I'll post back when I hear from him.

Would you know something else? Does anything in New Game+ depend on what ending you got in the original game?

Not that I know. All the extra content in NG+ (side quests, the journal, etc.) should be available regardless of what ending you got in the normal playthrough.

Lars confirmed that the secret epilogue was cut from the game. Still, it's readable for those who wish to do so. It does have some interesting backstory on Slak. :)
