I finished the original and the original Game+, and while I really enjoyed it, I'm wondering if the Deluxe is worth replaying? I don't want to do it simply for the better graphics, however I found this on the internet:

"Greatly expanded w/ new story content (play New Game+ to get the extra stuff)"

So does the deluxe version add a lot to the story? Does it add new quest/levels or just the dialogue? Is it worth replaying just for that?

Thanks.

Basically, it adds in commentary from one of the developers (in the form of the written diary) about the characters (and a bit about their back story) and the design process of the game.

There are no new quests or new dialogue between characters as far as I know.
Other than the developer's commentary there are some brand new diary entries and some cutscenes were tweaked\expanded. No new levels. It's not a ton of new content, but it does help clarifying and expanding the main plot.

I wouldn't say that's enough to justify replaying the whole game, but you don't have to. Just by importing the old save files to the DX version you should be able to access all the new content.
Thanks.
