Please consider keeping version 1.2 of Death's Gambit as a legacy download.
A strong point of the original is that its plot is not as straigthforward as Afterlife and I actually prefer the seemingly random way dream sequences are introduced, and how a certain character makes a sudden appearance and then remains a mystery untill the end of the game.
It's a sentiment of someone who played the original version first, and then saw how the game was expanded gaining a lot of polish and content, but lost some of its ambiguity along the way. On the other hand playing Afterlife second allowed to appreciate the new combat system, new metroidvania abilities and made settling a score with the aforementioned certain character all the more satisfying.
